There are plenty of bike rental shops in town and on the mountain that rent all types of bikes and attachments for ages 0 to 100. The best part is that there are miles and miles of free bike paths and mountain biking trails open all summer for bikers of all levels. There are even shuttles that will take you to the top of Vail Pass for a 20-mile bike ride that is all downhill! Get a bike with a carrier for the kids, get out there and have some fun.
